Russia has world’s most extensive transport network. The rail network is very developed in the country and is the dominant mode of transportation in Russia. Russia has second largest railway network. Russian railway are linked with adjacent countries like Norway, Finland, Estonia, Poland, Ukraine, Georgia, China, North Korea, Mongolia, etc. There are also many rapid metro transit systems like Moscow metro, Saint Petersburg Metro, Novosibirsk Metro, Nizhny Novgorod Metro, Samara Metro, Yekaterinburg Metro and Kazan Metro. Metro tram system is also available in many cities. Taxis and buses are generally cheap in Russia. There are two types of taxis in Russia - Official taxi and unofficial taxi. Official taxies are colored with yellow and has a taxi symbol on the roof.
